Whitewater Group has been named among 25 Irish companies selected for Elevation Select 2026, a new Business & Finance programme supported by KPMG Ireland as Programme Partner and Enterprise Ireland as Award Partner.
The programme has been created to identify and support ambitious Irish businesses as they scale, develop their organisations and expand internationally. Eight companies will go on to participate in a year-long Elevation Programme, with the final participants announced at the official launch at the Royal Hibernian Academy of Arts in Dublin on 27 October.
The initiative builds on the established Elevation Award at the annual Business & Finance Awards, which has previously recognised scaling Irish businesses including Sculpted by Aimee, Manna Drone Delivery and Fenergo. The expanded platform introduces year-round engagement, networking, profiling and development opportunities alongside the existing award.
For Whitewater Group, the recognition comes during a period of significant international growth.
The business continues to expand its engineering, manufacturing and project delivery capabilities to support complex water infrastructure across data centres, healthcare, pharmaceutical and industrial applications. Investment in people, facilities and technical capability is supporting the Group’s continued development across Ireland, Europe and international markets.
Whitewater Group’s approach is increasingly centred on early engineering engagement, standardisation, off-site manufacturing and integrated project delivery – helping clients achieve greater programme certainty, repeatability and operational performance.
Commenting on the announcement, Peter Grogan, Strategic Communications Manager at Whitewater Group, said:
“Being recognised through Elevation Select is a strong reflection of the scale and direction of the business. Whitewater Group is growing quickly, but that growth is being built around engineering capability, investment in our people and a clear focus on how we support our clients as their own requirements continue to scale.
“The opportunity to engage with KPMG, Enterprise Ireland and other ambitious Irish businesses is particularly valuable. Many of the challenges around international growth, organisational development and building for scale are shared, regardless of sector, so there is a lot we can learn from the wider group.”
The selected companies will gain access to KPMG expertise, external perspectives and peer-to-peer learning, with sessions focused on the challenges businesses encounter as they scale, including talent, finance, international expansion, technology, governance and organisational development.
For Whitewater Group, the programme is closely aligned with the next phase of the company’s development as it continues to expand internationally, strengthen its organisational capability and invest in the systems, people and infrastructure required to support long-term growth.
